TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2022 By Gichera Karukia Karanja, of P.O. Box 4–20500, Narok in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecilia Wamuyu Gichira alias Wamuyu Gichira, who died on 2nd August, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
