TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E127 OF 2023 By (1) Josephat Omae Oriku and (2) Pascal Kennedy Omae Oriku, both of P.O. Box 76, Kesogon in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Patrick John Oriku, who died at Eldonview, on 29th August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Michael Kiarie Kariuki, of P.O. Box 757–30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Njeri Kiarie, who died at Biribiriet, on 19th January, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
