E20 OF 2024 By (1) James Onyango Okelo and (2) Beatrice Atieno Okelo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pamella Achieng’ Adero, who died at Usire Sub-location, on 6th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2024 By Helen Atieno Ondewe, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rasugu Odhiego Hawag alias Rasugu Odhiego, who died at Ojwando ‘A’ Sub-location, on 27th June, 2004. CAUSE NO. E49 OF 2024 By (1) Stephen Oduor Otieno and (2) Caroline Akinyi Otieno, the deceased’s son and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Otieno Abuonji, who died at Ulamba Sub-location, on 10th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
