TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 16 OF 2024 By Jimmy Kibe Mwai, of P.O. Box 138, Moiben in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Annah Gathoni Kibe, who died at Mailo Kumi Location, on 25th March, 2017. CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2024 By (1) Sarah Jepkemboi Rotich and (2) Obed Kiprono, both of P.O. Box 2654–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, through Messrs. Kiprop Rutto & Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipruto Samoei Maiyo, who died at Mediheal Hospital in Kenya, on 19th July, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
