TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By John Kamau Waihenya, of P.O. Box 28–01020, Kenol in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Wangoi Njane, who died at Kapsaos Sub-location, on 14th July, 2022. CAUSE NO. E17 OF 2024 By Susan Jepkoech Seron, of P.O. Box 4461–30100, Eldoret in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kipkosgei Kipsoisoi, who died at Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
