TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E44 OF 2023 By Lilian Cherop, of P.O. Box 100, Kabartonjo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benina Sote Cherop, who died at Kapkwang, on 14th June, 2019. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Francis Kibet Yator, of P.O. Box 144, Kabarnet in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepyator Chepkurgat, who died at Kitumbei, on 29th July, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
