TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Lucy Wagikuyu Kiragu, of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Njuguna Kiarie, who died at Mariira Sub-location, on 16th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Salome Wacuka Njau and (2) Samuel Ngugi Kimani, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Kamau Kimani, who died at Hurlingham, on 1st July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
