TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By (1) Joyce Wangari Githu and (2) Cephas Ndegwa Githu, both of P.O. Box 59, Kigumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Githu Mwangi, who died at Makomboki Sub-location, on 7th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Thaka Gitau, of P.O. Box 251, Thika in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gitau Karia alias Gitau Karia, who died at Kirere, on 11th July, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
