TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E69 OF 2022 By Peter Muraya Goiche, of P.O. Box 280–10204, Kiriaini in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monica Njeri Gioche alias Gathere Gioche, who died at Murang’a Hospital in Kenya, on 26th March, 2007. CAUSE NO. E119 OF 2023 By (1) Pauline Wambui Irungu and (2) Lucy Kirangari Mwangi, both of P.O. Box 14638–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stanley Mwangi Ndabu, who died on 12th July, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
