TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 170 OF 2023 By Kennedy Gichunge Gituma, of P.O. Box 2660, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cornelius Gituma M’Mukiri alias Colonelio Gituma, who died at Cottolengo Hospital in Kenya, on 25th November, 2005. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By (1) Silas Muriungi Mutuerandu and (2) Catherine Muriko Mutuerandu, both of P.O. Box 721, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Twerandu Ndirai alias M’Terandu Ndirai alias Mutuerandu s/o Ndirai, who died at Upper Chure, on 26th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Silas Muriungi Mutuerandu and (2) Catherine Muriko Mutuerandu, both of P.O. Box 721, Nkubu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Harriet Nkuene Mutuerandu alias H. N. Mutuerandu who died at Chogoria Hopspital in Kenya, on 28th March 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
