TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 463 OF 2023 By Edwin Jumba Obiero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kefa Madanga alias Kefa Mudang’a, who died at Mahanga Sub-location, on 19th February, 1969. CAUSE NO. 502 OF 2023 By Fanise Mideva Angehege, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ernest Akihege Inyanya, who died at Bunandi Sub-location, on 1st July, 1993. CAUSE NO. 509 OF 2023 By (1) Keith Odari Omido, (2) Julius Ukiru Kigungu and (3) Brian Embodoka Omido, the deceased’s grandsons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Embodoka Omido alias Embodoka Omido, who died at Vunandi Sub-location, on 27th June, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
