TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Salinah Kimooi Kibet, of P.O. Box 54–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kibet Chepkonga, who died at Mugurin, on 20th May, 1994. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2023 By Philiph Kipkoech Ruto, of P.O. Box 16–20105, Mogotio in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ruto arap Chepkonga alias Ruto Chepkonga, who died at Baringo District, on 11th February, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
