TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Christopher Loitere Pokodou, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Shangayo Lepokodou, who died on 20th February, 2022. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Teresa Abei Gabriel, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Kaema Lekapana, who died on 11th April, 2022. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By (1) Lanjigu Legaddy and (2) Akoro Gambare, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sujo Ildhani, who died on 12th November, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
