TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E206 OF 2021 By Amos Omondi Karani, of P.O. Box 123, Bumala in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Opiyo Rabach, who died at Nyalenya, on 26th May, 1999. CAUSE NO. 363 OF 2021 By (1) Vincent Agalla Mumbo and (2) Nicholas Ameda Oduor, both of P.O. Box 68–40607, Ukwala in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Karilus Mumbo Okumu, who died at Victoria Hospital in Kenya, on 6th December, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
