TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2023 By Jane Atieno Okiri, of P.O. Box 1921–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bonfas Okiri Modho alias Bonphas Okiri Modho, who died at Nyalunya, on 23rd August, 1987. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Patrick Otieno Ogonda, of P.O. Box 605–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Okaya Ogonda, who died on 10th May, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
