TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO 556 OF 2023 By Victor Odhiambo Olero, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Olero Abanga, who died on 26th October, 2005. CAUSE NO E562 OF 2023 By Mary Achieng Onyango, of P.O. Box 107, Sondu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nelson Onyango Gutho, who died at Kamwage, on 14th June, 1989. CAUSE NO. E138 OF 2024 By Zachary Otieno Ochola Odoyo, of P.O. Box 13, Kosele in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Misumi Asombo, who died at Kawere West Sub-location, on 10th June, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
