TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Agnes Awino, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Victor Omondi Onyango, who died on 26th March, 1999. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Charles Arwa Adongo, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Akal Oalo, who died on 29th August, 1992. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Charles Arwa Adongo, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Adongo Oalo, who died on 9th November, 1988. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
