TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 17 OF 2023 By Richard Ongeri Sure, of P.O. Box 786–40202, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rael Sure, who died at Riabigutu, on 10th August, 1984. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By (1) Hasinathu Samson and (2) Sarah Mokeira, both of P.O. Box 1, Nyansiongo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Mayaka Mogambi, who died at Kineni, on 21st June, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
