TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2022 By (1) Fauzia Athman Mohamed and (2) Zainabu Abdalla Hamisi, both of P.O. Box 23878–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Athman Mohamed Khamis, who died at Nairobi, on 28th November, 2003. CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2023 By Ali Ahmed Wamrunde, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hemed Ali Hussein, who died on 6th December, 2003. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Hibrahim Gedi Mumin and (2) Zeinab Ahamed Noor, the deceased’s father and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mohamed Hibrahim Gedi, who died at Voi, on 13th January, 2024. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
