THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Scolastica Wambui Kibathi, of P.O. Box 45155– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 10823/138, situate in the south west of Thika Municipality, by virtue of a certificate of title, registered as I.R. 83534/1, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in ELC No. 1980 of 2007, vested the land to Scolastica Wambui Kibathi by way of specific performance and whereas the High Court cancelled the title in favour of Winston Business Centre by virtue of decree issued on 29th October, 2009, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
