REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Abdalla Ali Abdala, of P.O. Box 81620–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land registered under title No. Mombasa/Mwembelegeza/1261, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing or lost, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register (green card) and upon such opening the said missing land register (green card) shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
