REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Haniel Nyingi Kuria (ID/24610708), of P.O. Box 241, Kahuro in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.227 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc. 10/Kahuti/3572, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall open a new land register, provided that no objection has been received within that period,.
