THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Ndungu Kiburi alias Karaihira Kiburi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.25 acre or thereabouts, known as Chania/Mataara/T. 118, situate in the district of Gatundu, and whereas the Chief Magiatrate’s Court at Thika in Succession Cause No. 276 of 2021, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Peter Karanu Ndungu (ID/29133112), of P.O. Box 15931, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to Peter Karanu Ndungu (ID/29133112), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joseph Ndungu Kiburi alias Karaihira Kiburi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
