REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Ndiritu Muriithi alias James Ndiritu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 6.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Kiine/Rukanga/269, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 2606 of 2012, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Nelson Maina Nderitu (ID/3199154), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Nelson Maina Nderitu (ID/3199154), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said James Ndiritu Muriithi alias James Ndiritu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
