REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stalinson David Nzam Wambua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.450 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mavoko Town Block 3/949, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Machakos in Succession Cause No. 381 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to Pellice Mbula David (ID/1678237), and whereas the said Pellice Mbula David (ID/1678237), has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of L.R.A. 39 in respect to the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been missing or lost, and whereas all efforts made to recover the said land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 to Pellice Mbula David (ID/1678237), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Stalinson David Nzam Wambua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
