THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Rashid Ali Mwahenzi and (2) Nassiri Ali Mwahenzi (deceased), are registered as proprietors of that piece of land known as Kwale/Kundutsi ‘B’/825, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas the Msambweni Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E485 of 2023, has vested the property to Mwanarusi Rashid Mwahenzi, as trustee, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to (1) Rashid Ali Mwahenzi and (2) Nassiri Ali Mwahenzi (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of transfer by transmission documents L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, respectively, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Rashid Ali Mwahenzi and (2) Nassiri Ali Mwahenzi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
