APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an appointment of liquidator order dated the 1st July, 2011, I appointed Zachary G. Njeru to be the liquidator of Abogeta Farmers Co-operative Society (CS/819) (in liquidation) Limited for a period not exceeding twelve (12) months, and whereas the said appointed Zachary G. Njeru has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the liquidation period for Abogeta Farmers Cooperative Society Limited (CS/819) (in liquidation) for another period not exceeding twelve (12) months from the date of expiry of the last order. The appointment of the said Zachary G. Njeru also stands revoked. And further, I appoint Charles Muchui Mugwika (Senior Co- operative Officer, Embu County) as the liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society. Dated the 1st March, 2023. DAVID K.
