APPOINTMENT

WHEREAS by an extension order dated the 14th August, 2023, I appointed Stephen K. Njoroge, Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit to be liquidator for Lukenya Ranching Co-operative Society Limited (CS /961) (in liquidation), for a period not exceeding six (6) months, and whereas the said Stephen K. Njoroge has not been able to complete the liquidation exercise within the said period. Now therefore, I extend the period of liquidation period for Lukenya Ranching Co-operative Society Limited (CS /961) for another period not exceeding six (6)months and appoint Stephen K. Njoroge, Assistant Director of Co-operative Audit to act as liquidator in the matter of the said co-operative society. Dated the 14th February, 2024. DAVID K.
