APPOINTMENT

PURSUANT to section 27 (4) of the Mental Health Act and the regulation thereof, take notice that this Court in Misc. and Case No. E22 of 2023, appointed Mohamed Abdulaziz Bayusuf, as manager of the estate and all affairs of Abdulaziz Awadh Omar, with effect from the 30th August, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in the respect entered within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice to the Kenya Gazette.
