COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that the preparation of the above part development plans have been completed. The part development plans relates to sites situated within Kilifi County. Copies of the part development plans as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the County Government Offices for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Kilifi. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the County Government Offices for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, Kilifi between 8.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m, Monday to Friday. Any interested person(s) who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above-named Part Development Plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Executive Committee Member for Lands, Energy, Housing, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O. Box 519, Kilifi, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which they are made. J. M.
