NOTICE is given pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle registration No. KVM 301, Range Rover dark grey in color to collect it from our garage Rroc Kenya Limited within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication after paying the storage charges plus additional handling charges and cost of this publication and any other incidental costs, unless the same vehicle is collected from the said Garage, the same will be sold through public auction by Jocet Auctioneers without any further notice and the proceeds thereof will be used to defray the accrued charges and costs.
