NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 196, in Volume DI, Folio 1821/1564, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Anne Kaba Bourleyre, formerly known as Annah Wanjiru Kaba, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Annah Wanjiru Kaba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anne Kaba Bourleyre, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anne Kaba Bourleyre only.
