NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th February, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. DB-57, in Volume B-13, Folio 2332/21040, File No. 1637, by our client, Jamal Ahmed Bafagih, of P.O. Box 2620, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Jamal Ahmad Abdul Rahman, formerly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Jamal Ahmad Abdul Rahman, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jamal Ahmed Bafagih, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Jamal Ahmed Bafagih only.
