E99 OF 2023 By (1) Andrew Eric Njihia Kamau, (2) Diana Wanjiru Njihia, (3) Sheila Wairimu Njihia and (4) Christopher Mwangi Njihia, all of P.O. Box 7121, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s children, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Kamau Njihia, who died at Avenue Hospital in Kenya, on 31st December, 2018. Box 33807–00600, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Thuo Murugah, who died at Kenyatta University Teaching Research and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 25th December, 2022.
