TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E133 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Wawita Mbugi and (2) Peninah Nditi Gichira, both of P.O. Box 10899–00400, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and mother, respectively, through Messrs. Gatama & Associates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kennedy Irungu Nditi, late of Nairobi, who died at Nairobi West Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E270 OF 2023 By (1) Hellen Njambi Kimani and (2) Mary Wairimu Njeri, both of P.O. Box 282–00206, Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, through Messrs. Karaya Gathuthi, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Rebecca Njeri Kimani, late of Sunton, Kasarani, who died at Kiambu Level 5 Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
