TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E174 OF 2023 By (1) Samson Oluoch Omulo, (2) Hesbon Gordon Otieno Omulo, (3) Jacob Oluoch Elly and (4) Sarah Odinga Omulo, all of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sons and widow, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elly Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Eli Joseph Omulo Oluoch alias Emily Omulo Oluoch, who died at Kadero, on 5th December, 2002. CAUSE NO. E637 OF 2023 By (1) Mathew Ayieko Odundo and (2) Isaiah Odundo Ouko, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaya Odundo Otiendo, who died at Korando “B” Sub- location, on 31st August, 1979. CAUSE NO. E673 OF 2023 By Beatrice Achieng Omondi, of P.O. Box 5, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anderikus Omolo Pande, who died at Kaila Sub-location, on 25th August, 1996. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
