E318 OF 2022 By (1) Alfayo Odongo Arega and (2) Edward Agingu Arega, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Arega Onguko alias Arega Onguko alias Ochola Arega, who died at South Kapuonda, on 4th July, 1978. CAUSE NO. E360 OF 2023 By David Okelo Osir, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mornica Ochieng Osir, who died on 2nd May, 2011. CAUSE NO. 685 OF 2023 By Jackton Oyollo Orieny, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agai Orienyi Migunde, who died at Karabala North, Ratta, on 7th June, 2003. CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2024 By (1) Maurice Owuor Okene, (2) Linda Achieng Otieno and (3) Victor Owuor Otieno, all of P.O. Box 192–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Augustinus Otieno Mani alias Augustine Otieno Mani, who died at Manyatta “B” Sub-location, on 17th October, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
