E570 OF 2023 By (1) Oketch Kennedy Owino and (2) Joab Henry Okech, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ayub Okech Owimba, who died on 20th August, 1979. CAUSE NO. 676 OF 2023 By (1) Jacob Oluoch Were and (2) Rose Juma Amolo, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftal Were Amoke, who died at Kanyinjowi Osiri, on 19th December, 2009. CAUSE NO. 677 OF 2023 By (1) Jacob Oluoch Were and (2) Rose Juma Amolo, the deceased’s nephew and niece, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samwel Omulo Amoke alias Samwel Omolo Amoke, who died at Kanyinjowi Osiri, on 19th December, 2010. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By Elizabeth Adhiambo Tolo, of P.O. Box 995, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Petronila Magan Tolo, who died on 9th April, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
