TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E703 OF 2023 By (1) Sarah Laura Akinyi, (2) Isaac Ochieng Mboya and (3) Philip Abraham Odhiambo Mboya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lennox Flemming Mboya alias Lennox Fleming Mboya, who died on 3rd December, 2016. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Hezbon Odhiambo Odum, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftali Odum Gor, who died on 5th September, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
