TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E413 OF 2023 By Millicent Anyango Oloo, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Nyamori Okong’o, who died at Burinda Sub-location, on 15th September, 2009. CAUSE NO. E560 OF 2024 By Paustina Nambiro Odwori, of P.O. Box 76–50404, Bumala in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathias Oduor Nganyi, who died at Busia, on 20th April, 2005. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
