TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2023 By Kibaara Gatongu, of P.O. Box 338, Chogoria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Raria Wangai, who died at Mwimbi, Chogoria, on 24th October, 1978. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Kenneth Mbae Mutiga, of P.O. Box 52, Kanyakine in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mutiga Murunga, who died at Yururu, on 18th May, 2010. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By (1) Aliet Gakindu Njagi and (2) Francis Muthee Jeremy, both of P.O. Box 38, Rubate in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Wachika Mbungu Njagi, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd November, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
