Box 49, Marima in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jenesio Njeru M’Marangu, who died at Kandungu, on 7th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E9 OF 2024 By Nyaga Protasio, of P.O. Box 17–60400, Ikuu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Protasio Mati Njeru, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 14th March, 2015. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Reuben Mutegi Mwathani and (2) Bartholomew Mwathani, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwathani M’Imwenda, who died at Chuka Hospital in Kenya, on 18th October, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
