Box 1710, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s mother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lincoln Gichovi Njeru, who died at Mugui Sub-location, on 25th June, 2015. CAUSE NO. E38 OF 2024 By Peter Njiru Nyaga, of P.O. Box 126, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kimangaru Rimunya, who died on 20th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E40 OF 2024 By (1) John Muriithi Mwaniki and (2) Daniel Ndwiga Mwaniki, both of P.O. Box 126, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muruiri Chirigu alias Muruiri Chirugu who died at Mwea, on 24th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
