Box 2391, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nathaniel Mwaura, who died at Kirigi Sub- location, on 22nd March, 1971. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Sevelina Wambeti Njeru and (2) Peter Nguu Njeru, both of P.O. Box 606, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjira Njeru, who died at Mbeti North Location, on 12th March, 2022. CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Rosaline Wainoe Ngari, of P.O. Box 32–60100, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Ngari Muchira, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 5th January, 2024. CAUSE NO. E24 OF 2024 By Pius Ndwiga Mbogo, of P.O. Box 528–60100, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njiru Njagi, who died at Joykim Nursing Home, on 12th November, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
