TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 192 OF 2023 By Julius Odondi Anumo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anumo Nanda, who died at Suna Sagegi Location, on 14th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. 292 OF 2023 By Stanlome Cashion Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dalmas Onyango Owino, who died at Kaler Location, on 31st August, 2023. CAUSE NO. 423 OF 2023 By John Okech Ong’ada, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isdora Ongado, who died at Kajulu II Sub-location, on 27th July, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
