TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 86 OF 2023 By (1) Rose Shikari Kazungu, (2) Tabitha Tabu Alfred and (3) Selina Kadenge Mwanza, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andrea Mwanza Ruwa, who died on 18th March, 2006. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Jali Kitsao Kanzenge and (2) Charo Kitsao Kanzenge, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kitsao Thoya Kanzengi alias Kitsao Kanzenge, who died on 17th May, 2010. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
