TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E46 OF 2023 By Kadenge Kaingu Kitsao, of P.O. Box 5970, Malindi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kaingu Kitsao Madago, who died at Kilifi County Hospital in Kenya, on 6th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2023 By (1) Mary Mbodze Deche and (2) Karisa Ngumbao Ndoti, both of P.O. Box 88381–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and father, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Fadhili Karisa, who died at Roka, on 8th September, 2022. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Elvis Kupata Kahindi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kayaa Yeri Kombe, who died at Ngerenya, on 19th September, 2004. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2024 By (1) Wenceslaus Kazungu Jefwa Charo, (2) Julius Kupata Muhambi and (3) Morris Karani Jefwa, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muhambi Charo Mudhengi, who died at Ngerenya, Kilifi, on 17th December, 2009.
