TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E146 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Wairimu Peter, (2) Stephen Maina Muchemi and (3) Edward Maina Muchemi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Wanjiru Mucemi alias Susan Wanjiru Muchemi alias Susana Wanjiru Mucemi, who died at Thika Nursing Home, on 18th April, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
