Box 292, Matuu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernard Mwakavi Nthenge alias Benerd Mwakavi Nthenge, who died at Kaluluni Sub-location, on 14th December, 2011. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2024 By Onesmus Muindi Mutiso, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Maawa Mutiso, who died at Ndalani Location, on 11th October, 2010. 25th March, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
