TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E114 OF 2023 By (1) George Ngige Kahira and (2) Sarah Wabari Kamau, both of P.O. Box 14175–00100 Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Wanjiru Kahira, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 11th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E140 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Njeri Ngugi and (2) Teresiah Wanjiru Kariuki, both of P.O. Box 631–00206 Kiserian in Kenya, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mutongo Njoroge, who died at Kiserian on 6th March, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
